loooondoooon and staaaaarbuuuucks

*is insanely happy* we're gonna get our first starbucks in my area next week. well, it's not exactly in my area. it's in a mall that's approximately 40 minutes away from here but i'll still spend loads of time there. apparently, starbucks is planning to open at least 180 shops here in germany. yay. so, i don't even need to go to london for that. hehe.
i was actually invited to go to danny's bday party on saturday but i don't think i'll go. she said loads of her co-workers would be there and first, they'd "drink something" at her place and then they'd go to some club and stuff. the first problem would be that i couldn't drink much because i dunno how to get to her place without going by car. and i also wouldn't like to get pissed in the presence of people i dunno but my friend does. i wouldn't know anyone there except for danny and her sister and i'm not even sure if i like her sis. and that whole "going to a club later" would be a mass-drinking at the "old daddy" i suppose... i dunno, i don't wanna be a spoilsport but her idea of party is way different to mine especially since she mentioned drugs going round in her circle of friends and stuff. i dunno, i'm just not very comfortable with so many people around and i don't really need to meet them in an uncomfortable situation aswell.
anyway, i'll go and read my luffly bok now. *exciting little thing, me*
OMG!!! have i actually mentioned this already? i think i haven't. how could i forget? well, i'm going to london, again. in november/december. ok, it's only for 3 days but hey, 2 hours would be worth it already. plus, i love those bus trips and everything. and i can also do my christmas shopping there which is good because we don't have any of the real nice kitsch shops here and certain people just have to get such things from me.
also, a new pub-thingie is opening *really* near my place that day. it promises to be cool with loads of live bands every week and so. ok, on saturday, they'll only have a cover band but i mean, the best bands (i.e. savage garden) started as a cover band and at least the songs will be good because you know them already. :p and i could get pissed because i could walk there and back. we'll see... i can't go to the bday anyway because i won't have time to buy a pressie. i only need a good excuse... o:)
