nej. some people are so stupid, they should be shot at birth. take my co-worker, jacqueline, as an example. she is 18. no, in fact she just turned 18 about a month ago. now, she's planning to move together with her boyfriend (whom she's together with for 4 months now!!!) in two weeks. as if that wasn't stupid enough already, she's also had TWO flings with guys from our work since we started there (reminder: we've been working for 1.5 weeks). and she keeps bloody complaining about how she has probs with her bf and how she can't understand that he won't trust her and whatnot.
*sigh* but today, once again, everything annoyed me. the mails i got annoyed me, the people at work annoyed me, my boss annoyed me, my flu annoyed me. just everything. which was frustrating because i was really looking forward to today.
oh oh oh, the most loveliest thing arrived today. jo (my asg co-worker) sent me a woooondergul nme manics special. it's kinda mag with all articles the nme ever published about the manics. with loads of loverly piccies and all. aww...
anyway, i have to go and watch that mtv rock show thingie i recorded last night. maybe they played something interesting. btw, the new manics video rocks...dunno about the song tho...i guess i have to get used to it. and no, maja, nicky does NOT look like david bowie. :p
today, however, was the absolute *highlight*. we (annette, jacqueline and moi) decided to order some chinese food for our break. so, we called there and half an hour later, jacqueline tells annette how we needn't order food for her because "someone" (aka her new crush) decided to have a talk/walk with her. so, we tell her that it's too late already and she pays for it and puts the whole bloody untouched food into the fridge. i mean...helloooo?! i wouldn't actually care, if she didn't make such a big fuss out of it. she honestly thinks annette and i care. she honestly thinks her problems are MATURE. now, i am not a person to play down other people's probs but that's just ridiculous. i mean, after all, the bitch has no probs. she's just to fucking immature for the way of life she's choosing and that's all. if she'd just stay with her parents, quit with her bf and think about her life for a while, things would be fine. i mean, you should fucking SEE her. she comes up to you and talks to you in this serious tone like she was telling you about world peace or a new aids cure. and in fact, she's only telling you about her little flings. just...take her ex-fling for instance. the guy made clear that he didn't want her. everybody knew it. people from other groups talked about it. it was obvious. even she told us a few times how she THOUGHT he wasn't interested. yet, she kept running after him. i mean, even if i do like a guy, i won't let him fool me for over a month, for fucks sake.
yesterday, i had to stay home because i was really feeling awful and didn't wanna send my little bacterias and whatnot over to the others. and i got loads of lovely mails about how people at work missed me and stuff and that really gives you a good feeling because i'm not used to such nice things. ok, the welcome today was nice because everybody told me again how much they had missed me and how boring it had been. yeah, i know i'm a little attention-whore. so what? "we won't die of devotion..." *sings*
oh, and another great thing: the bsh is up and running again. ok, it's up again. i dunno if it will be running or updated or if something else will happen since leigh (the owner) still hasn't posted a statement (i think) and i guess he won't as people said he had resigned. so, i dunno about the future of it but i hope it'll stay up. dunno, i don't spend as much time online as it seems and i like to have certain places to go to to get the info i want and the bsh was a good place for collecting placebo info...
