evil career service from hell

fuck. now i have to work on saturday. i slept in today and offered to stay home and work on saturday instead. of course, they accepted. what was i THINKING? on the other hand though, working on a saturday isn't so bad because the roads aren't too busy and i only have to work until 2.30. it still sucks, though.
also, the career service people managed to strike again. i went there today to be told how lucky i am because my counselor (sp?) wasn't on the late shift and it was pure coincidence that he was still around (yeah, right...you called me and told me to come around today, dumbass!). then he proceeded to give me a guide on how to use their website (well, duh! what do you think i've been doing for weeks?!). and that was it. hooray! i can't believe i wasted make-up and deodorant on getting ready for that!
