friday night explodes

i am a really disgusting person. isntead of coming here to update my diary and entertain my mates on msn/aim/icq/yim i went out last night. so...official apologies to all my online mates. *grins* but you know, it wasn't really my fault. it was a spontaneous thing. my ex-best friend called and went 'blabla...i'm in your area a lot again...what about doing some things together?' and well, she's done that before and nothing ever happened so i went 'sure, why not?' and she asked if i wanted to do something that day. well, i was terribly bored. and, you know, if i get to choose between another night on the comp/tv and a night out, i still can feel my human instinct coming through even though i'm turning into a nerd. so we got ready and went out. first, we wanted to go to a cocktail bar but decided that the cocktails were way too expensive and only sitting around drinking sucks, too. then, we went over to kinda disco thing but they had a finals party and since we both are kinda education-wise fuck-ups, we didn't wanna go there, either. so, we ended up going to a club that has a terrible image and i was a bit well, nervous because i'd never been there and had only heard some weird stories. but it was pretty cool. first it was a bit strange because they only played system of a down and manson-like stuff and a lot of hardcore-goths were walking around. of course, i didn't mind, i just felt a little out of place. but then they played placebo (yeeeey), the calling, blur, reinvented, etc... and some people 'of my kind' came out, too. and it was all really nice. i'm definitely going there again. unfortunately, the only day i can go is fridays because they have different style nights and friday is mixed night, thursday german hip-hop, saturday something else. on sundays it's gothic night, i believe. i wouldn't mind those styles THAT much but i'm more into mixed stuff because...well, you meet different kinds of people and it's just more fun. plus it would seem weird for me to go to a certain style night because i'm not really any of them. i just can't stick to one style and blah.
anyway, i was home at 3.30am. i know that's not really late but since i hadn't been 'warned' i hadn't slept in yesterday so i was awfully tired. especially since i had been shopping with my mom in the afternoon and all.
aww, my hamsters are so lovely. i watched them for ages, yesterday. i turned their ickle house a little so i could look through the window and watch them. and i fed them with strawberry drops (for hamsters, of course) and they decided to fight about one instead of just coming back to the window and take another one. aww... and one of them decided to run around for a while and then sit in a corner behind the house instad of going back in. i told my mom about it and she went ran over and watched them. but then she started rummaging around to get a better view and scared the poor darlings so much that they didn't go back into the house for ages and slept in a corner on the first floor, instead. hehe.
alright, i am going to watch engel+joe now. got the vid yesterday but didn't get to watch it, yet. thanks to my real life. :p
