i've found a new CD to obsess over. notice i said a new CD rather than a new artist? that's because it's someone i'm obsessing over way too much already anyway. it's hunter! from AFI. he has (or had...dunno) this site project called hunter revenge. originally, i bought the album because it sounded quite...interesting. he said it sounded a bit like prince and all and that's as far away as you can get from AFI, so i wanted to hear what it's like. and it was pretty cheap, so i thought "why not?". i really didn't expect to like it much. at first, i really found it a bit funny because he's singing in this high-pitched voice. and the only times i've ever heard him "sing" was when he screamed along at some AFI gigs. soooo, i was quite amused. but then, it all really started to grow on me and i find myself in love with it. it's so awesome. i suggest you all listen to "how do i forget?" or "out of town". it's all really 80's-ish but it rocks. sooo...i guess i should start listening to davey's side-project now and then i hope he and jade will hurry up with blaqk audio aswell... *bounce bounce* eww, did i just say that?
only two more days of work at that shitty place. i can't believe how cheery i am. but this week really rocks. last week there. and on friday i'll get the car i want til saturday. well...the kind of car i want. i can test-drive it. and on saturday, i'm going to another gig. oh and i finished another homework assignment today. i rock.
anyways...now i shall just go to bed in a desperate attempt to get more than 4 hours of sleep for once.
and before i forget...i created another diaryring. for a german band called slut (mentioned them in my last entry). i know not many people know/like them but i do and maybe two or three other people do, as well. plus, i think the code really looks decent. *cough*hadalittlehelpthere*cough* lookies:
