guess what i did today? yup, i went shopping. again. i had only planned to buy a CD and a book but as usual, i kinda lost control. hehe. so, i bought the CD i wanted (pink's album), 3 books (my mom paid for them. hehe), lovely purple rose party lights and new mascara. also, they had some awesome the calling advertisement posters at HMV and i asked if i could have one when they don't need them anymore and the clerk said i could if i go there again in a few weeks. yey. :) i didn't really want to buy the party lights. i was only looking through the shop. but then, i saw them and fell in love with them. i still wasn't sure if i should buy them, so i just asked for the price. and the guy said they were �14.90. so, i just bought them. especially because the guy was soooo nice. they didn't even have them anymore, so he had to climb up to the ceiling and get the ones they had there for me. aww... and while i was putting them into a bag, he even told me that he thought they were more expensive but since there was no price on them, he just used the lowest price they have for party lights. that's so sweet. no, not what YOU think. ok, he had some pretty cute features about them but he was about 35 (which isn't THAT old) and kinda...the marlboro man-kind. *g* but i had to smile like a loonie because he seemed to happy that someone actually wanted to buy something and all. you know, it was one of those...light-shops where they have all kinds of party lights and all that fascinated laser stuff and blah. and usually, the shop is packed with people looking around but noone ever buys something cos let's face it...if you're going to buy something in there you have to either have your own club to use such lights or be in love with kitsch...like me. so...that was nice.
i finally cleaned the hoschis' cage out today. there's something wrong with ozzy's eye :( it's swollen and a bit red. mom said maybe the wind blew into his eye or something and it'll be gone soon but i'm not so sure. he and mr malibu fight a lot and mr malibu seems to win all the time. maybe he got hurt? i never really took it serious cos it looked like playfulness but now, i'm not sure anymore. he seemed quite happy, though. he ate something and ran around like the other two. if it isn't getting better til monday or tuesday, i'm probably gonna take him to the vet, though. dunno what the vet should do, though. he's so small and won't stop struggling when you hold him. hmm...
in fact, i was a busy little bee, today. i am amazed how much i can do in one day. *g* i cleaned the cage out, washed some clothes, took a loooong shower, went shopping...and i did something else but forgot about it. anyway, that's pretty much for me since i usually sit on my butt 24/7 when i'm off school/work.
anyway, since i have three more books to read, i have to go and hurry up with harry potter 4, now. so...tata!
oh, we also went to the mobile shop and asked what mobile i could get when the contract has to be re-newed. my mom's being a bitch and won't let me the nokia 6310 (i think) for �99. then, i decided since that was the only nokia i'd like to have i could try a siemens for a change. so, i decided the siemens M50 would be cool but they couldn't give us any prices because they won't have it before the beginning of july. so, we'll call them again then and hopefully it won't cost more than �69 or so. otherwise i'd have to choose a boring one like the siemens C45 which isn't any better than the nokia i have now. :( i'm not a little miss 'show off my stuff' but i'm not gonna pay to get a mobile that isn't better than the one i have now.
