a matter of life and death?

i am worried. i think my mum is sick again but the bitch refuses to see a doctor. she's been feeling weak since yesterday. now she's unable to type properly and/or move her face muscles more than necessary. i fear it might be something really serious. what if she had a stroke? i know it happens very rarely that people don't notice it and i don't know that much about the symptomps but since she refuses to see someone, it could be almost anything. she keeps saying her doc was off on holiday today and won't be back before monday. whenever i tell her to see a damn emergency doc then, she just keeps saying that they will only put her in hospital for days and she doesn't want that. gawd, i'm so angry at her right now. how can you just accept your body not working properly? ok, i'm a bit like that, too. ok, a lot like that. but it still annoys me because i spent the day worrying and since i have to work tomorrow, i will spend that day doing the same. and probably the night, too. gah!
yes, i have to work tomorrow. on a saturday. loads of people have to work on a saturday but i know it will suck more than with others because i'll most likely spend the day telling people that yes, their cellphone has been cut off because of whatever and no, we can't do anything about it til monday because the financial department doesn't work on weekends. oh, and i'm not allowed to tell them that, yes, maybe it is a little unfortunate that we can't help them on a weekend but maybe they should have thought about it BEFORE ignoring the last invoice. that would be rude and could make me lose my job. how awesome. and if there is one more dude who makes me wait 5 minutes + while they're looking for their cellphone number, i'm gonna lose my temper. hell, OF COURSE, we need their bloody number. what else should i ask for? their shoe size?
