ugh...i haven't updated in ages, though my life hasn't been all that boring lately. ok, so it has been boring but at least not THAT boring.
yesterday, i went to see dieter nuhr, a german comedian, with my mum. we had seen him two years ago already and he's so ace. yesterday, however, we were a bit shocked to realise our seats were directly in front of the stage. first row, center. he was basically sitting in my lap the whole evening. i always feel a little trapped when that happens. but it was still cool. he never really stared at the people in the front row, so that was good.
soo...the bad news is that my car broke down on monday, the good news is that got it back by now and the even better news is that my grandpa said i could have the lancia Y.
and the other good news is...annette and i finally booked our london trip. 27th - 31st may. i can't wait. it's been too damn long.
ok, that was a short entry but at least i had something to tell. but i have to go to bed now. i promised myself not to be so terribly late for school anymore.
and as usual, he was pretty amazing. he's one of those comedians that just stand on stage and talk to the audience like he was having some kind of small talk with them. he uses sarcasm a lot while still focusing on important things and even getting political without ever being too serious or anything.
but let's start at the beginning...
so, on monday i decided to skip p.e. and typing class because i had loads of stuff to do. i never got to do them, though, because on the highway, suddenly i saw some kind of light flashing and my car was making strange rattling noises. luckily, i made it home (wasn't far) and then called my mum to inform her. there was also steam coming out the front and all. so, we had it towed to the garage the next day and it had to stay there til friday. and it was some big deal with the engine...600�. doh.
but i told my grandpa about that and also showed him that special offer from the lancia seller person and he said he'd pay the rest for the lancia. whoo. i'm gonna get the car i really really want. and it is a NEW car. N-E-W!! which means i have to pick a colour (pretty much done that already) and a license plate. i'm thinking about du-uk 336 or something. hmm...
